DELIVERY TIME

Our standard procedure to process your order is within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. COD orders are verified via telephone before dispatching.

In case if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

Expected delivery time in Pakistan is 2-3 working days. (All products except for Abayas)

All our Abayas are Made to Order. The delivery time specifically for these, ranges from 10 - 12 working days. 

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above Rs. 2000/- . However, if your order is below Rs. 2000/- then standard delivery rates will be charged.
